Nice for me to see that the on line version of Tactical Knives did the review on these two knives. Kind of appropriate as the print version of Tactical Knives did the very first article on Bill way back in 2001. Another subject. Been some discussion about what kind of knife to give to someone entering the service. In my mind and based on 30 years service it would depend on what branch of service, and what job you would be doing and where you are doing it. A lot of discussion on what high speed steel it would need or should be. I have nothing against high speed steels, but for myself I would not feel under equipped to go back into ground combat with one of Bill's knives in 5160 steel. Just my thoughts. John
