Got inspired and decided to do something unusual for me and at which I am not particularly skilled..

Materials and tools. Moose you may recognize the 16. :-)

It was pretty good - my wife even had a plate of it without major complaint.

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Sorry about the picture issues - I took them with my iphone and then got a new app called Snapbucket which moves them directly from the phone to Photobucket. A bit of a struggle and did not come out exactly as I hoped. Maybe it will go better next time.

First Guyon, thanks for fixing the images; hopefully I can do it better myself next time. The cool scales (sorry but they do nor really glow in the dark) will soon be on a BK17 which I am hoping Santa will bring! Pictures for sure when it happens!

Looks tasty Col. What are ya fixin for supper?

Good looking meal there Colonel! Ole Gutsy has texted me a few times about some cooking escapades he has undertaken since returning from the last gathering, all of them a success!

My culinary expertise is limited to fried eggs and toast. Good thing I have a wife that can and wants to cook great stuff.

Colonel, check your Notifications (top of page). I sent you a short picture tutorial for Photobucket.

Colonel, nice to see ya getting more active around here.

Cooking is always fun, and it's actually a LOT easier than people think.
