I made this little paring knife for a friend of mine's fortieth birthday. It is made out of the second piece of damascus I ever made, it broke when I tried to straighten it and I just couldn't bring myself to throw it away. So I brazed the break back together, hid the joint in the handle and voila. It is about 6 inches overall. It was nice to do a knife in a few hours instead of days or weeks Todd
