Jealousy, envy, despise....

These are things I do not feel towards the people who are currently enroute to Atlanta

. But to make me feel better, I'm planning a VACATION!!!

It will be to BLADE 2001. So I want to get started on this the day before BLADE 2000. Is it planned this far in advance?

Thanks

Brandon

Thanks Gus! Do you happen to know the date for next year, or has it been set?

Mark- It's like a pilgrimage. I was actually thinking I would go there for the weekend and show, and spend that next week at Graceland. The vacation of my dreams...

I don't know if you have been there before,I havent, next year will be my first time and have already started looking forword to it.

Are you going to attend the show in Mesquite in Sept, that will be my first all knife show and am looking forword to that one as well.

Kevin

Hey Elvislives,
Just got back from dinner and set-up. (More like b.sing around with some fine folks). Looking foward to meeting you in person next year. This is the holy grail for knife knuts of all types. There is at least a little bit of every thing at this show and that is what makes it unique.

This is my 13th one and each has progressively become better each year in the quality of the custom and factory knives on display and in the general quality of the people.

I would be willing to bet that this is also the biggest gathering of BF Members in one place and it is amazing how well we all get along together. If we could just learn to take it a little easier on the net and show some respect for each other, this place would be like a year 'round knife show.

I am posting a consolidated Blade Show Thread in the Custom Forum although tonight's installment over there reads like a poorly written knife diary entry

Kevin-

I am hoping to go to the Mesquite show, it will be my first "Strictly Knife" show. I'm looking forward to it also, although I don't think Chris Reeve is going to show there, but maybe I can handle an Umfaan at a dealer booth.

Gus-

Thanks again, I look forward to meeting you and all the other crazy knife nuts I bs with every day here. I'll watch your threads about the show, and thanks for the updates!

Take care, Brandon
