Here's one I just finished, its my Grandma's christmas present. She wanted one like the kitchen knives my Aunt had me make, but said that she really only wanted it to show other people...so I took that to mean it would never see the dishwasher (why anyone puts knives in there I don't know  ) and had a little fun instead of the usual linen micarta scales :D

7" OAL, with a 3 1/4" blade. 1/8" stock 440C.
Rosewood scales finished with Watco's danish oil, and brass bolsters and pins.
Now that its done I wish I would have rounded out the front of the bolsters but I'm pretty happy with how it looks.
Let me know what you think.

A little bit of filework, and I dovetailed the bolsters. I think I may go with something less than 45 degrees next time, it looks nice but its hard to keep the edges sharp for a nice fit when they're that thin.

For some reason the rosewood likes like crap from this angle on the scanner :(
