Alright, I openly admit to overlooking Kershaw knives for some time now. Can't say as to why. What I have I like and would not get rid of them. But I just never seem to type "Kershaw" in the search box when shopping around. Untill yesterday... I was in fact looking for a BM Skirmish and ended up spending the day reading about the Damascus Shallots. What am I missing here? Framelock Design / Damascus PE Blade / Assisted Opening / and a great size and profile to boot!!!! All this for under $100.00 shipped. You guys should be the "In The Know" folks, so before I pull the trigger on this sucka any Pro's & Cons would be appreciated... Thanks ~baba~

If you like the design it's all pros and no cons. Nice stainless framelock, Alabama Damascus carbon damascus blades, good quality build and so forth and so on. The Leek, Chive and Scallion are all available in similar configurations (stainless framelock/Alabama damascus). Finally the only question you have to ask your self is if you want a black DLC handle or plain stainless.

Finally, if you don't want to drop as much coin on one check with Dave (Kershawguy) he may still have some "ain't nothing wrong them blems" for sale at a reduced price.
