A Little Help with my Techno 2

I love this chunky little knife.
However, 2 things need to change to make it a perfect little guy
The clip is painful during use and the neon green standoffs have to go.
I contacted Cuscadi about a new backspacer and they asked me what version I have.
Does anybody know anything about this? How do I tell? Would backspacer fitment be affected by which version it is?
If you have a custom backspacer on your Techno 2 please post up pix. I'm looking for material and color ideas.
Finally are there other quality suppliers for Techno 2 backspacers?
Now, onto the painful wire clip.
I normally love the Spyderco wire clip, on larger knives where it isn't a pain.
Does anybody make a less painful and still decent looking clip for the Techno 2?
Again, pix are appreciated.

As for the clip, Lynch Northwest makes a replacement deep carry wire clip that will fit. As for the backspacer, can’t help you there.

From what I understand,
The difference between version 1 and 2 is the screw that holds the clip in place is either centered ( ver. 1) or placed towards the back ( ver. 2).
I may have the versions mixed up, but if you google some images, you'll see the placement.
It does matter regarding which aftermarket clip you buy.
