A little Mayo with that?

So, which one is the Mayo and how come that one on the bottom has all those holes in it?

The one on the bottom is the Mayo folder, i am pretty sure the holes are a trade mark for him. All the Knives i have seen have the holes, i would imagine they reduce the weight.
