A little millie help

Ok people. I got a little issue/question i need some input/help with.
I got an older model millie with orange handles. The single liner version, with the alu backspacer. Because of a bunch of dissasemblies over the last 8 years because of maintenance and such the backspacer sadly stripped out the other day. So, first of would the standoffs from mxgear work with this model with the t6 screws? This would be a solution. Or maybe someone has a source for a new backspacer( or standoffs), in say a more dissasembly friendly material like steel (is threads in titanium rugged?), that they know works with this model?
Also, does anyone know of a source for new washers?

I bought some standoffs that work on the older Millies, can't remember what size though. The standoffs from the newer CQI Millies will not fit the older non-CQI Millies, due to T6 and T8 differences. I have a few extra of those old aluminum backspcers if you're interested....

T6 and T8 are just the tool bit size. The standoffs should work just fine on any Military.
 
So the screw "stem" size is the same?, that would help alot. I might be tempted to take you up on that offer 91bravo, the backspacer has done me well up until now.
How resistant/similar/different is TI to steel/alu when it comes to thread strength?
 
But, like I said earlier, I bought some standoffs that will fit the older Millie. Here is my older one with aftermarket standoffs.

nice, thanks for the pic. Good to know for future references. But the backspacers you mentioned, im interested. But i cant for the life of me find out how to dm you, i have been away far too long from this forum :)

Sorry for the bad info. It's been a while since I did a blade swap. Mine had CQI pivot, so I made assumptions.

This is just another reason I hate CQI changes.
