This is my first attempt at this style of knife. I used 1/8" stock 1095 steel and black paper micarta. The blade length is 3 1/8" and overall is 7 1/4". I'd appreciate your comments. Thanks! -Ray Laconico

Awesome little knife !

You can tell it's obviously a Nessie but you have not copied others and it still retains your own style !!!!

Um, I think you have nailed it. And as Pitdog said, you kept your style. Great looking knife. That would make a great EDC, woods, and skinner.

That's a sweet looking little Nessmuk!

It looks like I am going to have to get one of these now as well

I really like the design and flow of this little knife... great job Ray.

Does it come in a hollow handle version ??? ..... :D

Just teasing you ;)

Ray, start taking orders now, and maybe you'll be finished by Christmas of '08. I'll take one in natural micarta! Bill

Wow, I thought it was a nice little knife but I didn't think it would get such a great response from everyone. Thanks a lot! That's very encouraging. I'll try to make more before I go on vacation the first week December.

Very nice Ray!!!!!!!! I love the Nessmuk style and that one is one you've put your own spin on. I'm sure they'd sell like hotcakes here.
