I was up in the wine country north of San Francisco messing around at the house and saw these two old kitchen knives I had there; and I thought HA!!! if Busse made a clever this would be it!!!

So here is the clever and a knife I use in the kitchen up there. They came from an uncle that would be about a 120 if he was alive. If I recall correctly he used these to butcher game.

Cool historical knives there Tony! That is one massive cleaver, looks like it came out of a movie like "The Hills Have Eyes" or something like that.;) Having the CGFBM there for comparison really puts those others in perspective. Are you sure the game your uncle was carving up wasn't from the jurassic period?:eek:

Yea that would be pretty sweet if Busse made a clever.. Maybe another idea Jerry should think about after he figures out what he wants to do with producing a wood carving knife..

Those cleaver's come in real handy around the Holiday season..I bust open the Lobster tails with one WACK!:eek::D
