Sometimes I amuse myself.

I sent one of my knives to the Mother Ship to get some work done. I was absent-mindedly tracking the package throughout the day and saw that it had been delivered and was signed by HOLY SH%# GARTH SIGNED FOR MY PACKAGE!!!!!

For some reason I giggled like a little kid. Being fairly new to the Busse club, I found that very exciting.

That is all...

Wait until you call with a question and THE MAN HIMSELF hops on the line to help out. Awesome group of people there at Busse.

It's always a treat to finally talk to someone whose posts you've been reading for years.... Another good reason to go to Blade (hope I can make it... Someday). I'd like to meet the Busse crew. Toss back a shot of Cabo with Garth, say hello to Lexi, Pokey, and Lora (say ... Where is she?). I'd grin like a silly goose just seeing David Brown or meet Dwayne Pucket...
And that's just the "business " end of it!!! Too many Hogs to mention that I'd just love to meet! Goes beyond the knives, don't it?:D

Wait til you have gone to about your third knob creek and have met nearly everyone... ;-)

I've never been to Blade or any of the shows where the BC crew shows up but it sounds like having a back stage pass at a concert. Meet "the band" in person. (OMG. I got to shake Jerry's hand! I'll never wash it again!) In our little world, those guys are rock stars. A bit of excitement on occasion is to be expected.

I know what you mean, I called about a month ago with a stealth hawk question, it's not the newest busse, far from it so, I was asked to email Garth. Garth's secretary or assistant emailed me back and said that Garth was out of town she would be asking Jerry the questions instead of Garth.
Holy Crap, the man, the myth, the Busse himself.... I think I pooped a little. I respect the manipulation of metal and it's challenges, especially with a damaged hand like Jerry has. I find the man and his company to be stellar, an example of how hard work, ingenuity, and the perfect number of shots can rule the world, well knife world at least. Keep up the good work Busse. I'll buy it everytime....

If I can add to your post. I would also say very customer centric organization. When you read his posts you can see Jerry is very customer centric. But when you interact with his personnel you know how customer centric the organization is. Lexi, Pokey and Garth Assitant are very easy to work with and have a lot of patience. Busse Combat Knife is an example of American Entrepreneurship.
