If the second thumbnail has what appears to be an arc-lock and carbon fibre scales, then that's a knife I'd like to own--unless of course this is some sort of cruel hoax...just a tease to see if we're paying attention.

sheesh, there ain't a-one a those I'd wouldn't hurt myself trying to figure it out...

Bring 'em on !!!

Cheers,

Carl

Chris, those are some Awesome Pictures!!! :D Thanks for posting them. I want the first folder Bad!  The other two ain't bad looking either. Am drooling!! Hope the Jungle knife is Carbon or at least an upper end stainles steel. Either way, dang cool.

Fusion by SOG.... interesting.... Makes you wonder.;)

Hey anyone know when the SHOT Show is? And is anyone going to it this year?

After sleeping on it, I really want a Spec-Elite! That blade is soo cool! Same great handle as the PE-II, but with a more usable Drop point recurved blade! Me really likey. The middle knife looks like a winner for SOG. Hope it makes it out this year. It is a work of funtional art. :D And the new fixed blade, thats just too cool!! Me wants it too!! Edge has plenty of belly and looks wicked sharp, clip point is nice, like that thumb ramp and the handle looks pretty good. Skull Crusher isn't my thing but I can see the practical side to it (Defence, busting open cocanuts or what ever) and the saw teath, if done right would be really usefull.

I like the first 2 very much. However I'm not real impressed with the third one. I kinda thought sawbacks went out with the 80's, Now if they make a version without the saw so I can baton with it. It just might replace my Tigershark.

Cheers!

Hey Chris,

Can you reveal the lengths on those two in the first picture?

I'm assuming it's the same lengths as the Pentagon Elites but one can always wish and hope for a smaller version.

That second one looks a bit like a Tomcat with an Arc Lock...
If so, I WANT one! :D It looks like either a Kraton handle or the "touch point" Zytel, I'd prefer the Kraton for grip, but the Zytel for durability. Being a steel framed knife (by the looks of it) I'm not sure. In an ideal world, they'd go G-10  !!!

Do the first two Pentagon folder spin-offs come with a satin finish or a bead blasted finish?

I kinda like that middle folder; how long until it hits the market?

The fixed blade has too many serrations and teeth and such. It looks like the saw teeth on the back of the blade thinner at the tip of the tooth than root?
Vince.

Okay enough waiting... I will be posting more detailed info in the next day or two. I was at the SHOT show and just got back in. So just be patient a little longer.
