Hey all, Super Blue has been around Spyderco for a while and we've had a number of people share photos and experiences, so I wanted to add mine. There doesn't seem to be a ton of media out on this knife, so I made my own video. For anyone interested in one of these little knives, I hugely recommend it. Knife is a ten out of ten for me. Anyway, hope you enjoy the video. Don't be too harsh! :D

I know it's a tad jittery at the start, as the camera in my phone likes to over focus at times. :grumpy:

Be sure to select 1080 HD using the little gear icon at the bottom right, makes a huge difference.

does the super blue dragonfly come with stainless steel liners, or is it similar to the frn vg-10 /zdp models? i'd prefer it with liners.

Do any dragonflys come with liners? I'm not real up on all the offerings. For how small it is, it definitely doesn't really need liners. I'm with you though, I usually prefer them.

I have yet to get a knife with ZDP-189. I've yet to hear anything bad about it.

Spyderco's ZDP-189 holds an edge WAY longer than their super blue though, they shuda tried s110v

Not in my experience. They are about the same and SB holds its razor sharp edge longer. Also Jim's testing has them in the same category as far as abrasion resistance goes. The Japanese knives can only have Japanese steels so no S110V in those knives. Expect to see more of it in the Golden knives.

I took delivery of my SB Dragonfly a few days ago, its my favourite of the 3 Dragonflys I own :)
