A Mar mini SERE Vs Mt mini SOCOM clip point

A little hello from France.
I learn a lot reading you and now I have a question about these two knives, I suppose that the SERE have the strongest blade tip but wich one will you recommend and why.

I woould go with the Al Mar SERE.
But that is just cause I really like spear point blades.
Nothing wrong with a clip point.
Spear just looks cool, especially with the swedge partially sharpened.
No edge, just looks like it has one.:thumbup:

I don't know much about the mini-SERE except that I believe it is quite a bit heavier than the MT? I have a MT mini elite clip point and love it - light, strong, & a great blade shape.

i would prefer the al mar to the mini SOCOM, make it a mini SOCOM elite though & it would be a different story, the mini elite is my fav smallish knife FWIW.

how come?? the elite is a tad bigger than the std mini SOCOM, and the elite has a framelock,
