This one is under construction but has some potential IMHO.
Made from 1/4" O1 it is 11 3/4" OAL with a 6" blade. Flat grind. Will get an edge quench and cryo. Weighs in at 13 1/2oz. Gun blue finish should make it easy to take care of and touchup.
The flat handle sides makes it feel like part of your hand.
Can't wait to finish this baby it will be fun.

That is looking GREAT, Bob. The blade shape/grind should make for an awesome cutter.

Keep up the great work.

Yea Barry,
Hand it to my wife for a cursory inspection and when she gives it back to me she accidentally stuck me. Bled like a stuck pig.
It hasn't even been heat treated yet :D

hey bob, great knive,,,love that black combat finish,,if it isnt to much trouble, would u e mail me on how u do that finish,if u dont mind that hismgreat shapemfine lines, good ganna ear taker.thanks royboy

Roy,
The blade just looks black that is the shadow.
This blade has a LONG way to go yet. The blue stuff is Layout fluid. Scales are roughed out for the balance test.
Any opinion on the weight for this size fighter:confused:
Anybody have an opinion on doing Cryo on O1?
