A meal worthy of a SARSquatch...

Poor Man's Beef Strogonoff...

Beef, Mushrooms, Sour Cream, Noodles. :thumbup:

First cut up the beef (about 2 lbs.), and cook about 1/2 way seasoned with garlic powder and Soy Sauce. {Gin & Tonic sold separately}

Next slice up 2 1/2 lbs. of mushroom and toss into meat (1/2 cooked at this point).

Once the mushrooms have cooked down, drain about 80% of the sauce in the pan and add 2 containers of sour cream (I use Breakstone's reduced fat as it tastes better than the high octane stuff).

While this is cooking, chef up some Egg Noodles...

Made a similar version about a week ago.

The "poor man's" version uses sour cream instead of real cream. :D

I reckon the INFI would give this dish a unique flavour. You should open your own restaurant and your knives can be your secret ingredient!
