I have rehab at St. Marys MWF from 11AM to about 12:15. Drive down, drive back and lunch puts me out of touch for about 3 hours.

I know some of you expect a call right back but I can't do it and same for email. If you plan your calls and emails around the rehab times we will have better luck.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but rehab is a must for me at this stage of the game.

Hey man, take it easy, no need to rush around.

While I'm here, did you recieve my money order ?

Take care, and good luck with rehab.

Out of interest, how long did it take for the M.O to arrive from the UK ?

Bill,

IMO, you provide absolutely the best customer service imaginable and have nothing for which to apologize. There was an article in the NY Times a while back that talked about corporate use of the Web to get closer to the customer. Well, as both the article & my own experiences found, most companies are ill-equipped to deal with the volume of e-mail they receive. Response times are generally measured in weeks, not hours or even days. (I was absolutely blown away earlier this week when Bianchi got back to me the next day on an inquiry I had regarding holster size/fit for a particular pistol.)

Naturally, as much as we would all like instant gratification, I am sure that no one expects you to be at your phone/PC 24x7.

Cheers,
Brian
