A mixed bag.

Thought I'd post a few that I've been working on.
As the title suggests, it's a mixed bag...hopefully you can see where my inspiration comes from.



















None of these are 100% finished, edges to put on, polishing compound to clean up, engraving to do, final polish, etc. Apologies for the photos, bad light box reflections in blades and suchlike, but hopefully you get the idea.

The two with colourful handles are for my two daughters. They picked the patterns and handle material. Don't worry, I've not turned into Liberace.

Anyway, thanks for looking, as always it's very much appreciated.

Dude, I was just admiring the dark blue handle one with the brass pins and guard. Great looking job on all of them. I'm sure your daughters will love them. And by the way you don't have to be Liberace to like those two. :D. I feel sure a fellow forum member who happens to be a lady will love that blue one too.:thumbup:
 
Ian, your knives have always been extraordinary, but now your sheath work is on par with your knives. Great job with the leather!

I can honestly say, the leatherwork wouldn't have turned out the way it has without the help of a couple of DVDs I own. ;)

Ian, good to see you back in the swing. I love everyone of them, especially the first Bowie/Fighter, my kind of knife. As Paul says clothes look very nice too. Just keep it up. Remember you have that big block of DI of mine, hope you will put it to use shortly 😉😉

Thanks Rick. I've got quite a few things on the go at the moment...sheaths for the two Loveless styles above, a Loveless utility and a City Knife in RWL-34, a Randall Model 1-6 style, a 4" narrow tang dagger ground on a 3" contact wheel and a few other bits and pieces. As for the DI slabs...I've just sent you a message. :thumbup:
