I was planning to make this test much more detailed and with more pics but all the wood in my forest is still frozen solid so i guess this is part one of the test, i will be doing a part two when the trees have thawed. Well anyway meet the contestants:
These 5 make up the Busse part of the test.

The Rattlehawk and the Double bitted axe from Granfors bruks make up the axe part, the axe from Granfors is intended to be the baseline for this and the future tests i am going to do since it's one of the most fierce chopping tools ever made.

I started out with 35 hits with the Granfors and followed up with 35 hits from the rest of the gang.

The Granfors removed quite a bit of the log and the MOAB came in as a good runner up but i kinda expected that to happen, the TTKZ and the proto KZ removed about the same amount of wood but they feel very different, the proto feels much lighter than the TTKZ even though the proto has thicker G10 slabs and actually weighs more, both had factory edges.
My trusty KZ2 actually did the best job of the Zillas but that might only be because i am used to using it and because of the mirror polish hair popping sharp convex i put on it. The NMFSHLE did really well, it sinks deep and chopps like a dream for it's size, it's actually almost at a tie with the proto and the TTKZ. The RH is a small but mighty chopper and did much better than what i expected, besides being a good chopper the RH is a lot of fun, i always bring it with me when i work in the forest so i can practice trowing it at stuff
Hmmm what conclusions did i draw from my test, well not much to be honest, i will do another test when the weather gets warmer and trees are no longer frozen solid and se how these blades perform then.
