OK,
I just finished this one the other day. I will add some more buffing time later.
Basically, I picked up this old Frosts Mora at a Flea Market up in Maine 2 years ago. I have been wanting to rehandle it since I bought it, but other projects kept getting in the way.
I have been working on my hidden tangs for a few months, and really like the extra challenge they offer. I also love a good hidden tang, they are much more comfortable IMO.
The handle is Brass, Black Linen Micarta and Birch bark I harvested off of an old dead Birch about 2 years ago.

And while I am showing off my hidden tangs.
Here's one that I am really liking. Its an Asian, hand forged full hidden tang machete that I picked up, it had a rubber handle on it, so I thought it would be much cooler with wood.

Here it is between my Ontario and Enep.

Thanks guys..I really like the old Mora's, they are a bit more substantial than the modern ones IMO.

Looks great Gene, and I would use it if I didn't have one of my own knives on me. (what are the odds of that:p)

Anyway, damn fine job bro!

Yeah, excellent job. Wish I can do that with some of my moras.
