Thanks for the pictures... trying to find your case in the waterfall picture... wishing I was there!

And

You have a scary scare crow :cower:

Looks like a beautiful part of the world

Beautiful country! Would love to go exploring there! My ancestors wandered around those mountains about 240 years ago.

Regards,
Ron

Great looking landscape. I really like the looks of it. Is a little bit atypical from my location but somehow... similar. :)

I would also like to take a walk in those autumn woods.

I love that part of the world. I am half North Carolinian myself. Dad was from there, though not that part of the state. My neighborhood isn't quite as scenic. We used to take most of our summer vacations on the other side of them hills over in TN when I was a kid.

Nice knife, too! ;) GEC Barlows get all of the love around here, but the Case version wasn't too shabby.

Here's one of mine. The little spot of heaven in my pic is a spot of bare ground out behind the building I work in. :)

Randy, it looks like you live in a little slice of heaven! I love farm country, and that barlow is awfully nice looking too. Thanks for bringing us along on your ride.

Very cool pics! What a great morning and a beautiful place. A Barlow is very much at home there!

Great pics.
Good knife.
Nice neighbourhood.
Thank you for a pleasant trip.

Nice vintage Dodge pickup you have there to give your classic Barlow a ride in.

Really can't say any more than has been said but that is a very nice Barlow and the Pic's are fantastic ~~ makes me want to go to Cades Cove and watch the Deer & Bears plus feel the Mountains all around me.! Well I guess you know where I am going in just a little bit.!**? lol

Cades Cove is one of my all time favorite places. I love fly fishing in Abrams Creek and the hike to the falls is fantastic. So many great places in that area Mt LeConte great hike and I've had the privilege to stay at the lodge a few times. As far as National Park Campgrounds Abrams Creek is nice only 16 spots but they allow RV's up to 12ft so I prefer Big Creek just out of Cosby only 12 spots and tents only. All I can say is I am thankful to have lived in this area my entire life.
