Well this is what I pulled out.
We'd talked a few times about a nice Khukri sheath and making one that I could use as a full time sitting person. To back up just a little bit, yall might remember the 5 or 6 KVLUKS on DOD last week? Well I was pondering #4, but a coworker mentioned he wanted one so I ordered it for him, then got kind of smitten with # 2. But alas it got scooped up. So oh well. Well # 4 arrived in the usual short order and it was the first time I'd held the villager and danged if I didn't like it a whole bunch! Next time for me!
Well back to my story. I pulled this beauty out of the box and I'm checking out the sheath (exceptional quality I kid you not one bit) beautiful and well I'm starting to tear up here a bit, it turns out Mr Pugs with my little knife in hand ordered # 2 for ME! Got it, refused to post any sheath in progress pictures since he figured I'd know something. Made that beautiful sheath and sent it along with my little knife and it's new Beaver suit.
My wife wants to know what the deal is with me and all the good karma from HI and this forum? I told her I just don't know but I like it very very much.
Anyhow, Mr Pugs came up with the perfect sitting person scabbard. I can wear it several ways very comfortably.
Cross draw, handle down,

I may never be president but I'll always be good looking!
Handle up,
Another angle handle down,
A close up to see his extra personal touch
It fits like the glove it's suppose to be, easy in and out, and very secure. It ain't gonna fall out never.
I plan to wear this riding my mower. Always a branch or bush messing with me. I always think when I'm done I'll come back and trim that back some but I get off and don't get back. I'll do it now while I'm there. And if it scared the daylights out of the neighbors, I'm good with that too.
Mr Pugs I'm very grateful for your thoughts and efforts. My wife and my coworkers are very impressed with your talent and I suspect they might be wanting some leather clothes sometime too. I told them to get in the line that starts behind me....
