Check out what UPS brought me.... It is a Canal Street Cannitler in Big Horn Sheep. It is SWEET! Of course the F & F is excellent. Now I just have to decide whether to sock one away or use it! :)

That is kinda what I am thinking too....trying to get Wendy (my wife) to cave and let me get another to use! ;)
 
It's never a bad idea to have two of a good knife.

Is she D-2, SS or 1095? Might need one if she's not SS.

Dave, their canittlers are D-2, as are the ring turns and some trappers (trappers can be had in D-2, 440C, or 420HC depending on the model).

Yes, D2. I am excited that Canal Street is using some different steels. I can't wait to see what comes next!
