Guys,

I have been thinking about this for quite some time...Ethan seems to like to do collaborations from time to time. The BK-5 , the EsKabar and the new line of Kitchen knives come to mind..

I think that he should "cross pollinate" the large Becker Handle with the JAB Potbelly blade. Same handle angle, just put that great Becker handle design on that wicked hollow ground potbelly. The Becker handle would fix the one issue folks seem to have with the Potbelly ,which are the handle ergos..

I think Kabar might sell a few of them..:)

What do you think?

Damn, this come dangerously close to my top secret Zombie project... Forget I said anything.

I think Moose posted before that KaBar isn't fond of collaborations between in house designers. In order to keep things varied between the different lines. That being said, I think it's a fantastic idea. I really dislike the potbelly handles.

I can understand that..

I guess an manufacture's product line is sort of like creating a painting.. You start blending the"colors" too much and it starts to turn into mud.

Yeah, I brought this up before. Would be an awesome knife, but they'll never do it.
