I just finished a new combat knife for my site, what do you guys think?

KNIFE:
Blade about- 4 7/8" with a 4 1/2" cutting edge.
Handle about- 4 3/4" from the backside of the guard.
Steel- 3/16" 5160 high carbon steel, flat ground with a convex edge.
Black canvas micarta with two 3/16" pins and one 1/4" lanyard, all three are stainless steel.

SHEATH:
Black kydex with a removable belt clip.
Top eyelets on the cutting edge are spaced for a large tec-lock.
Made by my brother at Gray Wolf Knives.

:thumbup:I think that knife should be on my belt......not your website:D:eek::D

VERY nice looking blade!!

Great knife. In order to have a combat sheath to go with the combat knife, you might consider some kind of device that you can secure the handle down, e.g. velcro retainer strap. That way someone could carry the knife on their protective vest or gear belt and not worry about the handle catching on slings, chords, or other gear. It would also make the knife "jumpable" for airborne operations. Just a thought ...

I have a camper 5 inch, very smilar knife, the kydex holds it very securely...a strap with a button would be neat looking and add some tactical durability, but is not necessary. Adam is great about listening to ideas.

Could your leather guy do a Randall type sheath for these? And as long as we are dreaming what about a six inch model?

I'm gonna go ahead and apologize now Adam, I'm up very soon and I'm driving myself crazy trying to decide what I want. I was set on a XL but the more I look at your knives the more of them I want
