I have recently turned my focus and affections toward traditional knives. I have tons of folders and still love them but from here on I am headed in a new direction. I so far have been buying used traditional knives and will continue to do so however it is time to buy some new knives. I have my first GEC, Northfield #77 single Wharncliff blade in Smooth Autumn Gold Bone ordered ( I love the Barlow pattern ). My question is what are some other brands of new traditional knives That I should buy to check out and add to my collection. I feel like such a new collector asking this question but I am just not familiar with traditional knife brands. Thanks to everyone that takes time to reply and here is what I have so far.

Check Böker Germany carbon knives and Rough Rider low price but very decent quality stainless knives from China. Opinel from France is a must in any Traditional users range.
