Hey everyone,

It's good to be making my first post here. I typically don't have a reason to post anything as I have always been able to find answers to my questions by searching. I recently had Chuddy Bear make a sheath for me. I wanted leather that would hold my Gerber legend multitool, my streamlight flashlight and my Izula in one package. The Gerber doesn't get very good reviews here, but I can tell you I've put several years of use on it and it is still going. This is what he came up with and it works great. I like the design and I can draw anything quite easily. I also like that the knife is pretty much hidden from view, which was one requirement I had for him. He definitely delivered, thanks Chuddy Bear! I currently have 3 izulas, an Izula II, and a 4. The Izula II is just about perfect and my favorite and most used by far. On to the Pics! Well maybe, this is also my first attempt at posting photos, so hopefully this works:

Thanks for looking and making me feel welcome!

Thanks for being here. I like those sheaths

That's a really awesome sheath. how hard is it to draw the izula with it being in the back like that?

I dig it. At first I thought it was 2 sheath systems, then I saw the Izula was on the back of the light. I dig it!

ESEEs and Streamlights are a great combo.

freedoom,

It's not hard at all, but it is very secure. It is a little tight, but my thumb gets a nice grip in the loop of the izula and it comes right out. I don't need a quick draw and didn't want it to come out too easy. It's actually harder getting out the gerber and flashlight right now. It'll loosen up though.

Chuddy Bear is a damned artist in leather. I have several of his sheaths. Tough as hell and look great too. Doesnt get any better.

As for the Gerber...you must have gotten lucky. I had one exactly like that and it broke *literally* the first time I used the pliers. Sent it back a few years later and they sent me one that is similar, but larger. The jaws dont line up and the fit and finish overall sucks balls. I'll stick with my Swisstool.
To each their own though. I am glad it is working for you.

Tripton,

I broke the carbide cutters on them once and the grips are all gone as you can see in the pics. I've never had an issue with anything else though. I also have a leatherman wave that, I'll admit, is better.

Yeah, he is definitely an artist. I told him what I wanted and he made it with an incredible design that looks fantastic.

Hey man, like I said. To each their own. As long as its working for you, thats what matters!

But now you have a sheath that will outlast your multitool...:p
