There a few months ago I offered a block of wood discovered on the site of Mark, an ancient Bog Oak.

I found the nice idea, a wood of 5000 years !!!

So I asked Sam to make me a small EDC "Brut de Forge" that I wouldn't hesitate to use...

At Sam's I discovered my new knife. As you can see, having Sam for friend reserve surprises.

I love grey blade, and his compact form, its different grinds. The curvature of the blade, this brutal aggression reminds me a little fearsome Predator: The Velociraptor...

So here is my Raptor...

Blade : 5" 1/8, total 10" Handle : "fork of poplar" deyd & Stabilized..

Hopefully I am clear..;)

Congratulations on the new knife Norbert.
I really like the knife profile and the dyed poplar makes a beautiful handle.
I will look forward to seeing what Samuel does with the Bog Oak.

Is that "fork of poplar" kind'a like a section of crotch feather? ;)

Fantastic knife. Sam is amazing....

You're a very lucky man Norbert, the knife is beautiful! :) Are you also a hunter ?

I think this is my new favorite "small" knife from Sam, beautiful lines! The gray fittings and blade are very nice as well.
Thanks for sharing Norbert.

And here I thought Scarlett Johansson had all the sexy curves. Sam did a number here, Norbert. That is one hot piece.

Love it! Congrats!
