I was commissioned a long time ago to make these and they are finally done. Steel is CPM 3V heat treated to 60 Rc. Pink G10 scales with thick Black G10 liners. The 6" was ground to near zero before sharpening, the 8" was at about .005", and the 9.5" was slightly thicker at .008" before final edges were applied. The idea was to give the user a tougher and finer edge to perform different tasks.
Thanks for looking and all comments are welcome.

The buyer supplied me with the leather to make the roll. He said the leather was sentimental to his family.
It is intended to be a bifold style "roll".

Thanks

My wife "requires" that I keep a pink knife in stock and have pink handle material on hand. It really does not look too feminine.

I love the middle one. 8" blade or a little shorter? However I am not sure about the pepto b handles, lol.

The middle one is 8" blade. The pink has really grown on me since I started the project. My wife really likes them.

A very cool project! It has also given me some ideas on what to do with that sheet of pink g10 I have had for a good while.

Thanks Ivan

The pink is not as overpowering as I originally thought it would be.

Those look really nice!

That pink handle material will really make them stand out in the kitchen. I like bright handle materials on chef knives:)

Good to see your work. The leather roll is a nice touch for transport!

-DON:)

Thanks Don, it is much appreciated.
I enjoy looking at your work on USN
