Review and discussion of this knife can be found here: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=592654

I got to thinkin a while back and figured out that all my knives have been preowned. A lot of them are N.I.B but all have had previous owners..

Not a big deal, but thought I would pickup a current production knife that hadn't had a previous owner..

After doing quite a bit of looking I came to the conclusion that there really wasn't that much that caught my eye. Then a while back I saw the new Case brown bone models with the pinched bolsters. Figured if I was going to get a new knife, it might as well be something a little different..

I got her slid into pocket and it's ready for its first day out in the real world :D
Well here it is.. Nothing real special just something a little different.

Yes they are a recent model. I think they have only been out for a few months. Mine is dated 8/26/08. They also do a stockman, a peanut and a trapper with the pinched bolsters, all in brown bone.

They did a nice job on this one. Even the scales/bolsters are slightly dovetailed

I edited the picture... It's a lot better but still could have used a little more zoom.
