I don't know about Spark's time, but mine is worth more than that. But even if it was free, everybody would overload the system wanting to change their user names. Sorry, but you should be careful when filling out forms and hitting enter key, without reviewing said information.

We used to offer the name change service for free. Unfortunately, when it got to be 10-20 people a day wanting to change their names, sometimes 3 or 4 times each, I had to make this change.

So, it's now a "service charge"
