...you will get many low quality (often made of soft metal) Khukuris. They may not work properly. They look fancy with lots engraving and scabbards inlayed with all sorts of brass, and coins decorations on the street of tourist places in Kathmandu. Finally, I personally recommend you to purchase only from genuine Khukuri stores.

Anyone who has a "genuine Khukuri store" can't be all bad.

If someone has Tilak's address I have some "real" certificates of authenticity of "genuine, certified, licensed and authorized retail Khukuri retailer" for sale. Actually you can just fill in the blank for whatever you are selling an be genuine - sort of like the love of an ex-wife.
