turtle shell handle , silver inlay , double blade cant tell what kind of metal it is , the weight is incredibly light , and thin also , it has two marks on the blade , cant tell what it is , maybe it's the manufacturers mark ?

Beautiful knife. The marks on the blade are French silver hallmarks. The head is Minerva signifying .800 silver. The other is the maker's mark. Looks like just one blade with the marks. Perhaps one silver blade and one steel?

Great info, as always, S-K  Beautiful knife poster

The scales are Tortoise shell with silver inlay. Threaded and pinched bolsters. Unusual (to me at least) in that both blades are the same shape.

I think S-K is correct; one silver (for fruit) and one steel blade. Nothing cheap in this piece.
