Howdie guys and gals. I have a one-off I'm going to let go. This was actually a trade-in I got from a customer. It started out life as an Operator 575 with a swedged clip-point and he snapped about 1/4" off the tip. Rather than fix it and send it back, I decided to trade him for a brand new Bush Operator II and keep this one to have a little grinder fun with. I raised and thinned the grind out on it so it's a lot more of a slicing machine now, took a bunch of the spine off and lengthened the clip and straightened it, and made it a new sheath. Really I could have just fixed it and it would have been perfectly fine, but anytime I get one back, I like to have some fun with them and turn them into something you can't get in the normal line-up. The sheath I did for this one is just something fun I do every once in a while for my personal knives. Most of the time nobody even sees them. It's just a little embellishment. The price for this package is going to be $240 shipped inside the Continental U.S. If I was to make one of these sheaths and charge for it, I'd put a price of around $80 on the sheath alone. That means that you're basically getting the knife for $160 and free shipping. That sounds like a pretty good deal to me. So first "I'll take it!" gets it. If you live outside the CONUS, be sure and let me know so I can adjust your price to cover the shipping.
