Over a month ago I bought a wonderful Primble senator from our Brother Duncan on the exchange forum. The package arrived over a week ago but it's been raining like the biblical flood since then so I finally got some pictures today. I know this knife meant a lot to you Duncan, I will give it a good home.
As is his generous nature there was much more in the package than the fine little senator. A black box Winchester three spring whittler ( wonderful knife) a New Zealand cap and an amazing little box that will now house the two knives, were also in the package. Thanks so much for the gifts Duncan, I will always cherish them.

Very best regards

Robin

Wow, what an amazing gift from Duncan! Of course, most here know how generous he is anyway. He never ceases to amaze with his passion for this hobby.

Good on you, Duncan!!!

Wow! We have a fantastic group of people here on the forum.

I'm fascinated by the half congress, I can't make out the tang stamps or the engraving though, any chance you could do a close-up?

Paul

I easily believe it...but ...wow...everything is just beautiful!! Both of you gentleman are the best!! So good to see! Thanks for sharing, Robin. Awesome, Duncan

I was getting a wee bit worried that the package may be floating somewhere- but it got there!!! Whew
Goodbye my beautiful Primble - what a way cool knife - I love the Utica Bone on those Winchester-and that's a solid beast to say the least - A pleasure Robin

Robin you have joined the Club of New Zealand.:D
Nice, isn't it.
Enjoy them and reflect on what a great place this is with all the great people that populate this Forum.

Thanks again Duncan. The primble is such an amazing knife but I have to say,It's very hard not to pocket and use it. The Winchester is a very well made knife and surpisingly thin for a three spring, the scales are fantastic. Their little box home is a fantastic piece of craftmanship. I fear the cap has caught my daughters eye:D

Thanks for your kindness and endless enthusiasm.

Very best regards

Robin

Awesome gifts, love the box! It's always great to read of the generosity flowing through this porch, puts a smile on my face.
Thanks for sharing Pipeman.
WTG Duncan!

Even in a forum full of generous folks, Duncan still stands out.

Wow, lovely stuff. Duncan is a gem, as are you Paul. What a great place :)
