A Paid Basic Membership Question?

Hi
Im considering becoming a basic member for $10 just because I wouldnt mind having the small pic that automatically gets attached to my username when I make posts. Only problem is for international subscribers there is no basic option only Gold Membership for $30 US ($40AUD) seems a little steep just for me to have a pic with my posts? Have I got it wrong or is there some kind of other option I can use??

Sure I agree, but Im just after the very small photo that gets attached to the username with all my posts. I cant have a pic like that unless I have some type of paid membership.

The avatar. I paid a little more so I could put one in. Then I found out you have to anty up a little more for a bigger picture (like Irv has). Hence my little hawk. This one was too big.



Now, if I could get someone to scrim a bone knife with this picture, I'd be happy
 
If you have the knife, I can recommend Linda Karst Stone, here in Kerville. She is one of the best scrimshanders I've seen. You can see her work in all the Knives 2000 through 2007 and Blade, and Knives Illustrated, and on and on. If you have interest let me know and I'll give you her contact info.

Thanks Paul. I'll take you up on that. I'll have to find just the right knife with good white bone. A small pocket hunter would probably be my choice. Like a 123 or 124 Schrade.

Thanks I just now need to find out if I can get the $10 membership and if it entitles me to the larger avatar pic.

Here are two of this most superbly detailed and intricate Schrade Scrims I have seen and only just listed on ebay. I cant be sure but it looks as though hes done it on delrin, if so its much harder to work on. Regardless hes done a fantastic job. Check em out!!
