One is from an Ebay seller and one from a private collector.
The cocabola jack was $66 off the bay, and I woulda paid 3 times that! The seller described it as "minty" whatever that means, but in this case, it fits!
The Barlow is the last of the "Off the Wall" Schrades the seller had. I thank him for saving it for me!
It isn't often knives exist for 50-60 years without being worn!

very nice... I must be slippin, I didn't see those. Whats the writing on the barlow blade?

Holy Schmokes!:thumbup::cool: You must have St. Folksy, the patron saint of pocket knife auctions, watchin over you. :D Those are great looking old knives.

I really, really like the cocobola jack, waynorth.
The colour in that wood has a true depth to it.

Thanks for making me drool on my keyboard...

That would be a salesman's model/order numbers/and similar for that knife. They usually used a special ink that was a mild etchant to write on the blades so it wouldn't just rub or wipe off easily.

Dang Charlie, those are so new you need to go scuff em up a bit, like a new pair of shoes. Nice!

Great knives! Thanks for showing them.

I agree with Kerry. "St. Folksy" must be lookin' out for you. :D

Glad you like 'em guys. I am going to get a "St.Folksy" medal to wear, to thank him for looking after me!
Gee, all those years of Catholic school, and I never heard of "St.Folksy" before!
