Thought I'd post this pair of Chef's Knives. Pick one out Shane!

3/32" 52100 stock
Double quenched in Parks 50 - triple tempered
HT to Rc 58-59
13" OAL
8" Blade
Flat ground with 15 degree bevels
400 grit satin finish
Desert Ironwood burl
Brass & Stainless fittings

Very clean look. Any chef - cook would be proud to have these. Iron wood seems a good choice to hold up to long hard use. Miles
 
Simply stunning! Your work in hunting blades is impressive but these, well I want one.

Got it yesterday, but couldn't use till today... I told my wife I'm leaving her and running off with my new knife.... I love it! Thanks!!
 
Those are both very special pieces. That wood is just fantastic, and the handle shape it great.
 
look at those curves! seriously though, that brass is a perfect compliment to the ironwood. nice choice.
