A fine and beautiful pair of knives.
I like the stout blade profiles, the handles look very confortable and excellent choice of materials.
I do feel they would benefit both aesthetically and ergonomically from tapered tangs.
Interesting how some knives on this forum receive so much attention while other deserving pieces don't.
I'm glad to bring these pieces back to the top.

Stunning knives!!..i cannot decide which one i like the most......beautiful work sir!.................................FES

The Randy team are sure turning out some lookers lately. I really dig these two with the inlaid separators in the handles.

Randy you are right about one thing, both those babies are beautiful:thumbup:!!That cottonwood burl really jumps out at ya.Never seen a handle made from it before.

Beautiful steel and I like your handle approach. I would have never have thought of cottonwood as a handle material. Curious? Is the color of it natural? If so, it is an overlooked and beautiful burl that should be used more often.
