So, there's special stuff coming out of South Africa these days... Jason is a very cool dude, and he is making some incredible knives, here are a few examples:

From top to bottom:

The Ranger Scout

Blade: 3"
OAL: 7.5"
Weight: 2.4oz (!!!)

Barlow

As you can see both of these have Jason's nested liner lock construction... If you check out the weight I posted above you'll see they're both feather weights... LOTS of Cf in these babies.

The blades on these are really impressive. Handrub is on point, and they're nearly zero-flat-ground. RAZOR sharp with geometry to match.

The fluted bolster and decorated screws are just another example of the level that Jason is taking his work too.

Those are both great looking knives!! I LOVE that Ranger Scout so very much!! Congrats!!
 
Just caught wind of this maker a couple months ago and damn does his stuff look nice!! Thanks for sharing!
