A particularly striking Bushlore!

This one has already come and gone, but I couldn't help but share the pictures. Once in a very great while a Condor with wood like this comes through; only about 1-3 a year on average, and rarely this dramatic. Larger photos here.

Yeah this was one of those times where you open up the box and let out a slow whistle. Usually the grain on these is pretty darn straight.
