I've been looking for a Ti/ZDP Leek since about a year after they came out.Well,last week I was notified by that auction site,that there was one up for sale.
I asked the seller what his BIN price would be.He told me it's not BNIB with very light wear & he's asking $100+$5 shipping.I jumped on it!:eek:
I think he could've gotten double that at least.
I have it now.There is very,very light dings/scratches in the non-locking Ti slab.The blade is immaculate.The AO works like new.It was So worth it.:)

Another one I've been looking for is the Ti/ZDP Mini Cyclone(1636TiZDP). I've seen them for sale already,but I'm not willing to pay the $500. price tag...maybe half that.

Oh well,I'm so happy I finally found my ultimate Leek!This thing is only 2.2oz.Hardly even know it's there.Cuts like a laser too!:thumbup:

Awesome, I've been looking for one of those too. I'm thinking I might have to settle for the damascus leek to scratch the leek itch.

I have seen a couple of those, but they do seem to go pretty high.

Nice knife and a great one to have in the collection!

I have gifted away all the Leeks I have owned so far - they just make a great knife to give to a friend who expresses interest in a knife.

Nice catch! You got a bargain. I paid $190 for mine new two years ago and was/am happy with the deal. Enjoy your knife!
 
congrats! the leeks are pretty hard to find in 189/Ti. i've been looking for one of the zdp-189 mini cyclone's as well...but yeah, the price is the kicker no doubt.
 
Excellent score at such a great price. I love my Ti/Zdp Leek. They are one of the lightest knives I've ever had in my pocket. As far as the Ti/Zdp Mini Cyclone goes, you can find them on the various forums' For Sale sections every so often. I have one for use and one for the collection. They are fantastic knives, but not easy to find. When they are found they are usually very expensive. I'm pretty sure SPXTrader has all the rest that are in existence. Lol

Very nice! Finding those discontinued Ti Framelock Kershaws is a nightmare...especially the ZDP-189 Mini Cyclone. :eek:

I'm crossing my fingers for a sprint run or a reissue of some kind (hint, hint). :D
