Yesterday i called spyderco and ordered two new clips with screws for my manix and endura wave, i spoke to a lovely woman named rachel she was very helpful and informative. Today at work i received a call on my cel that read as just numbers. Oh crap what is this now! (whenever its just numbers its cops, or ex-girlfriends drunk mothers!) "Hello is this nick" nick is me, i am nick! "hi this is john from spyderco just calling to confirm your adress"

i thought it would be impossible for me to love spyderco more but now i do thanks rachel, sal, john, eric, kristi and everyone else over there at spyderco!

amazing product. amazing service. you guys are the best!

Thats why ive spent around 2,000$ on your stuff :o

keep it up!

+1. Spyderco was my first "good" blade purchase; a Delica1 with full Spyder Edge that I bought just after seeing a Spyderco in the Stallone flick "Cliffhanger". That's what sparked my interest in higher end knives.
Prior to that I didn't know much about folders other than SAKs, and the few I had were Furys and other cheaper stuff. My wallet has hated me ever since!

Actually I had the Endura before Cliffhanger... hehe that made my year.
Over the years I had 6 of them...Now I got a g10, IV, and a Atlantic Salt the other are lost/stolen.

Hilarious. I got the SAME call but mine was from John and he left a message when I called back I got Rachel and straightened them out on my street beginning with a D and not a B. Their courier was smart enough to know that the street name they had was wrong.

Also funny is that I ordered two G-clips. Odd coincidence?

Those guys rock! Spyderco has often made me smile and never made me frown.

There are three reasons why Spyderco is one of the few companies that has my complete support. First, they offer a line of high quality knives. Second, they back it up with customer service that is second to none. Third (and this is important to me), they act in an ethical manner. I'm a customer for life.

I also appreciate Sal's presence on the forums. There aren't many people in his position who do it at all, and Sal is always around. How he finds the time to do it I don't know, but it really says something about his dedication.
