FlatblackcapoOOOO wanted to see the first knife I purchased from Daniel, which was Daniel's first knife he sold here on Bladeforum. One of his first knives he made..

I also shot a group of my DFKs over 6in blade length. I have a few others that are just under 6in that didn't make the cut.

Here is "The 1st":

"The 1st" has about exactly a 6in blade tip to scales.

Took me a bit longer to throw this together as I got food poisoning right after I said I'd put up a photo...

Sloth, thanks man! That first one looks like it is all business! That collection makes want to break in your house but too scared to do it at the same time,haha.

Only knives in my bedroom are display knives.. The guns aren't though :)

There are a few "big DFKs" other people have I'm hoping I can catch one day :)

Rolf, that red one is over 1/4in S7, tis a fatty! No penny knife there! :D
 
Ohhhhh you got that comp chopper? Sickkk!!!

Biggest I have so far is an S7 Recurve. Sweet blade! Became my truck knife.
 
I remember that knife. Back when the 'poon grind was what all the cool kids were doing! Lol! I think I have one of the bigguns you want. And I know there is another one up in the way north of Michigan you and I would both want.


Cool seeing that again! Now we just need to see that green monster from Long Island again, haven't seen Gooey around in a while!

Now that's a chopper collection! Great to see he pics. Old school!!! Reminds me I need to make some more.
 
Here are my only two big ones from Dan. I can see that Sloth snatched the other ones I was interested in :)

 
AHHHHH I knew about the long one.. but did not know about the cleaver/seax styled one.. when you feel the need to hand over custodianship, I'm here for ya :)

So what is the bottom one? 8in tip to scales?? 2in tall? 1/4in thick?? 5160??

X, what >6in DFK do you have???

WE NEED MORE BIGGUNS!
 
13 3/4 overall 9" tip to scale 2" tall and 5/16 thick, I cant remember steel type. And Ill be keeping these for a while lol.

I remember all of those ! I have given a couple away, but I still have a few DFK's left. :D
