I have influenza, and I'm feeling better, yesterday was awful. My wife gave it to me. Anyhow, here's my advise to ANYONE who gets influenza. Make sure you keep taking pepto-bismol every hour as recommend for at least two hours afters you eat to keep your food down, or you'll probably get sick again. Seriously. Pepto only lasts like an hour in your system so keep taking it after any meals. And keep your meals small and light. Or just don't get sick. ;)

Hope yer feelin better WM:thumbup: Take out a few infi pieces, that'll cheer you up;)

I thought you were going to suggest something cool, like putting a piece of INFI under your tongue. Get better soon.

about the best thing for the flu is Elderberry,, go to your local health food store and pick up a bottle of the brand called Sambucol, it was actually developed by a top Virologist in Isreal and is the highest quality Elderberry extract product you'll find, it is around 15-20 bucks a bottle,,,but it is worth it.:cool:

Are you sure you have the flu? Influenza is primarily a respiratory infection, accompanied by high fever, chills, body aches, head aches, congestion in the head and lungs, coughing, etc. Like a super strong cold. Gastric problems like you describe are probably something else.

In any case, I hope you feel better soon!

Here's what I found.
Symptoms of flu include:

* fever (usually high) Yes
* headache 2 Yes
* extreme tiredness 3 Yes
* dry cough 4 A little
* sore throat 5 No
* runny or stuffy nose 6 No
* muscle aches 7 YES
* Stomach symptoms, YES such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, also can occur but are more common in children than adults

I have most of the symptoms, I guess I think I have the flu because of my sore muscles and the nauseau/vomiting/fever thing. If anyone wants to rediagnose, please feel free.
I had a minor cough last night, but I think it was only because my throat was dry because I got a little dehydrated, so I'm not sure that counts as a symptom.

I have those symptoms everytime I see INFI that I missed out on. :thumbdn:

Hope you feel better soon bro.:thumbup:
