Very cool! That's the first CRK folder I have ever seen with the logo emblazoned on the blade. Looks real classy in my opinion. I also like how the female pivot pin looks very smilar to the current pivot standardized pivot pin on the sebenza, umnum and tilock. Funny how things kinda go full circle sometimes.

Figured it's okay to post these since I am the new owner of it, once it finishes its "sent to the wrong address back East tour" that is.

Interesting piece of Mnandi history, and very nice wood, even though it's not really "spectacularly" grained.

I thought that too when I was discussing the purchase, but then I remembered that some I buy for handsomeness, some for the damascus, and some for historical significance.
I figured there wouldn't be many opportunities for me to find another Mnandi that was "shop only" as they tested the new design.

You know ..... I was going to post something like ..... I hope it was a forum member who scored this. I should have know better!!!! Congratulations Lisa. There are lots of "beautiful" pieces out there to hunt down. However, there are precious few pieces like this to be able to acquire!
