I just finished scales for a re-ground Zero Tolerance 0200. The material is a wood called pink ivory. It is a very dense South African hardwood, famous for its striking pink color. The figure and color are excellent on this piece.

These scales are highly sculpted, with just a bit more thickness in the palm swell than the original G10 ones. it fits the hand like a glove.

Tom Krein re-ground this one, too. It's crazy thin without being too fragile.

It kinda reminds me of the Hello Kitty 0300.

It may be "only" a liner lock.....

p.s. I put a bevel on the Lahar. I feel it's an improvement.

That's awesome! The scales look great and krein's grinds are so clean.

That's pretty damn sweet. . . i like the contrast of the pink and black. Nice job Phillip. . .

Remind me to never regrind a blackened blade, I think it just looks....awkward.

The scales however look excellent, though I've come to expect nothing less from you.

Ooooo that's gonna look awesome. The snakewood is so cool! If I could afford it I would probably have 4 or 5 RAMs with all different kinds of firebert scales.
