At the recent Arkansas Custom Knife Show I had Chuck Ward take a photo of a Camp Cutlass and a Pocket cutlass together. The pocket cutlass is about 6 1/2'' overall and has a blade length of almost 3 1/4''. And the Camp Cutlass is 9 1/4'' in overall length and the blade is about 5'' in length. The Pocket Cutlass is handled in G-11 and the Camp Cutlass has Arizona Desert Ironwood for it's handles.

Very nice - I always thought the pocket cutlass design would translate well into a larger size.

Thanks for the kind words Gentlemen!

Roger - You mentioning that I needed a larger size is one of the reasons that the Camp Cutlass came about. I think there is still probably some room for an even larger version. Although, I would probably want to rework the handle a bit for a larger one.

Allen, these are beautifully made real user knives. I think a third length is a great idea. A fourth sword size possibly.

Thanks guys! I guess now I really will have to bust out a pencil and a big sheet of paper and get it figured out.
