I figured I would share some quality items that are near and dear to me.
Great grandpas well used pocket watch (1908-1916? Some from the 40's look similar/need to research when I have the time) , given to me by grandpops himself. A CRK Ti-lock from the wife in 2015 and my newish Dozier.
Today the knife slip-sheath pictured, arrived in the mail. A little something Mr . Dozier sent me after a conversation the other day. And that reminded me of the little pouch my pocket watch sits in. So, thank you Bob..
Long story short. This watch just came back into my posession this past year. Four years ago we ran into a few consecutive "rainy days". So I had to sell a few things. Family first. Even though it hurt to do so. I sold the watch.
I tracked the guy down last December and he kept his word to sell it back to me. He also made the leather pouch for it. Gave him a 50$ thank you as well.
This watch will be with me til I pass it on with the Ti-Lock, hopefully not for a long , long time.
